Video project shot on DSLR in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx, New York, in summer 2022.
The summer my best friend and I spent alone in the Bronx, we were together every waking moment. When students leave for the summer, Belmont becomes a neighborhood filled with empty apartments, backyards overrun by wild vines and flowers, and stray cats lounging on roofs in the sun. This video serves as a time capsule of that summer.
